With tea and coffee being such a central part of our culture and lifestyle, it’s not surprising they’re a regular topic of conversation with Clients, particularly how they’re NOT a substitute for water (!). This then quickly leads on to what hot drinks would make a good – or, at least, acceptable (!) – alternative to help them cut down their daily tea / coffee / caffeine intake. 
 
While herb teas are the obvious choice, with a much greater range available in supermarkets than ever before, it can require quite a bit of trial and error to find one(s) that people like. The comment we hear most often is that they’re not very appetising, so people often give up before finding any they actually like... 
It’s been a while since we talked about appreciation and how a little goes a long way, we even used this as the title of a post way back in 2017. 
 
And it sounds like such a simple thing to do. Just find things – anything (!) – to appreciate as you go about your day. And not just things. People, events or anything else that catches your eye and pushes your appreciation – or feel good – buttons. 
It’s often said that life goes full circle, with issues considered safely consigned to history reappearing, seemingly out of the blue. However, when a closer look is taken, the same underlying cause is all too easy to see, even if the circumstances appear very different. And it’s one of these we’re going to talk about this week. It’s something we never expected to be writing about but, sadly, is becoming increasingly common. Severe Vitamin C deficiency, also known as Scurvy. 
First things first. We wish you a very happy – and healthy (!) – New Year, may 2025 be a great year for you!!! 
 
So, another shiny New Year beckons. The million dollar question is what are you going to do with it? What plans do you have? Big and, just as important, small. And, if you’re wondering why small is just as important, there’s a very simple answer. Not only are small things less scary and so easier to do – as well as fitting more easily into your day – but quickly build up into a much bigger result.
